MEET SAZALI YAHYA

Sazali is a Founding Partner in LH Consulting Sdn Bhd. He received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting (George Mason University, Virginia, USA) and MBA’s Degree in Finance (The American University, Wash D.C., USA). In addition, Sazali holds a Diploma in Education (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia) and a Certificate in Business Coaching (University of Malaya). In 2011, he was certified as a customer service coach by GreenPeg USA, following a successful implementation of customer service project with SIME Darby Group.

Some of his notable experiences as a Leader in an organisation:

  • Management role in Sapura Marketing, in charge of business development and retail operations.

  • Telekom Malaysia (TM) handling various posts spanning from retail operations, marketing, business development and finally corporate planning over a 101/2-year period. His last position was a General Manager, Corporate Planning with a major responsibility of looking after smooth operations more than 100 retail outlets serving TM’s products and services. During his tenure there, TM was awarded the country’s best telecommunication retail counter service outlet for the year 2005 and 2006 consecutively by the Ministry of Telecommunication and Multimedia.

Notable training experiences:

Among the local clients that Sazali had been engaged were SimeDarby, TM, Maybank, Malaysia Airports, Astro, Bank Negara, First Solar, On Semiconductor, Ranhill, Western Digital etc. Internationally, he had conducted programs in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, UAE, Singapore and Brunei.

To equip the participants with the right training to change their current mindset, attitude and practices as leaders in the organization.
With the new desired mindset and competencies, leaders will enhance the organization competitiveness in this tough and challenges business environment by transforming their teams in line with the organization’s strategic directions.
